AMC

By 1970, the agricultural industry had grown to a point where agricultural manufacturers needed a voice to speak to government. Thus Prairie Implement Manufacturers Association (PIMA) was born. This new association would allow a sharing of ideas and concerns, and provide a united voice on behalf of the agricultural industry. In 2006, the name of the association was changed from PIMA to Agricultural Manufacturers of Canada (AMC) as it had evolved into a nationally recognized organization representing more than 400 manufacturers and associated suppliers across Canada.
